honda logger not connecting

i had my s200 for awhile now that i got from a friend and decided to use it. the previous vtec setting that is on there is to high, and i want to change it. tried connecting the blue box to my laptop w/ keyspan serial adapter and it doesn't connect.

Was the car tuned with Romeditor 3 or Romeditor 4?

If this has not been tuned in your car, you will need to take it to a Hondata dealer to be tuned properly for your vehicle.

If you really want to be able to make changes yourself and tune you should consider just upgrading to the s300.
