i purchased a calibration from phearable.net and it idles at 13.6 afr and if i rev it the afrs shoot up past 14.9... heres thee calibration

yes i did, emailed them and no help. my throttle tip in is -6 i thought it was my wideband so i called innovate

just took it down the road and afr shot up 16cruising and 17+ wot... but the car is not going anywhere and i just here my rfl blow-off valve flutter like ch-ch-ch-ch

I would suggest getting it tuned on the dyno by a reputable tuner if you want to avoid damaging your engine.

Thats not your blow off valve. That's most likely turbo surge. When you bov doesnt open up all the way and some of the compressed air gets forced back into the turbo.

Either that or Internal wastegate flapper (if you are internal this is probably the case)

thank you newsoltsc, do you suggest i get a new BOV? my set up consist of a t3to4e 57trim 750cc injectors rfl bovworked great for the 2 motnhs the car was running... maybe its going bad... ls vtec 9:0.1 j.e pistons eagle rods, integra gsr head... btw here is a log to from idle....i was pulling spark plug wires to see if cylinders were firing and injectors clips(.5 secs tops when i was disconnecting clips and pluging them back in.)

put my stock injectors in and uploaded a stock p72 basemap and afr looks ok at idle 14.7-8 :)... then i datalogged at idle seemed to hit a limit at 6700???

I think you forgot to put your table into the boost table! Your still on the NA table. Go to the top look for "OPTIONS" than click on "Show Boost Table" re-upload your map. See if that helps your leaning problems

hmmm would that base map work for my ls vtec turbo build? rods and stuff dont matter when you have a base map right?

my setup is gsr head, arp rod bolts on eagle rods, arp head studs, je 8:1 pistons, 1000cc injectors

that basemap on 15lbs on my setup was OMG(tits) ran a little lean, but didnt get to datalog to richen it up, my oil pan plug came out as i was driving and seized up 2 main bearings rebuilding it tommorow thru sunday....
