need calibration for d16y5 turbo

can i use the d16 supercharger calibraton
motor is stock
will be boosting 4 psi for now till i get my 650cc injector

turbo:
.50 Compressor A/R
.63 Turbine A/R
3.0” Inlet / 2.0” Outlet
2.5 downpipe

No, you cannot use a supercharged calibration for a turbo.

Start with a stock calibration and then create boost tables and tune from there.

awesome idea. I did one of these like 5 years ago in a 98 HX with a saab turbo and a modified stock manifold. Your setup is a bit more demanding of the stock injectors...

Buy a wideband, datalog it into your s300 (search this site if you dont know how) and send post the datalog here and we'll see what happens.

Otherwise, find a good tuner.

thanks... what would be the safe a/f ratio and timing for street tunning...

At 4psi you should START around 12:1 and about 24* timing with that y5 head.

Id prolly start with the p28 map, put VTEC AT 3K and tune from there. It will prolly need a bunch of fuel pulled under 3k due to lean burn, but like I said, you need a wideband.

ok thank you so much...

i have one more question, what is the safe and highest boost for my stock engine because im planning to run my engine to 10psi when i get my new injectors and what would be the safes a/f ratio and highest timing i can use... thanks
