LS-VTEC FRANKENSTEIN BASE MAP B18B1

In need of a new base map calibration OR directions to one already posted.... old tune was done in Colorado and now I live in Wisconsin and need a new base map to get the car to tuner.
97 Civic B18b1 B16 Sir Head
1.8L Integra ls trans and block
8:9:1Aries Pistons and eagle Rods
B16 Sir Head converted to VTEC
57mm T3 turbo
550cc Injectors and Walbro 255 pump
38mm External Wastgate
4 Bar MAP.
