NEED HELP PLEASE

Hello my engine seems to be knocking like crazy at about 70mph on the highway. I have a 2009 FG2. I'm not really sure what needs to be changed to fix this so any help is greatly appreciated. My current mods are HR Cai, p2r spacer with gaskets, hfc cat to 2.5" exhaust.

DID YOU EVER GET THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT...WHAT OTHER MODS DO YOU HAVE?
