I have a 3.5” skunk2 intake,dc header and ktuned 3” Catback with j35 throttle does anyone have something close that can help please

According to Hondata the J35 throttle can't be properly controlled by the ecu. Are you running a basemap now of any sort with the J35? I'm guessing you have already done the relearn and been driving around with the J35? I'll send you a PM.
