No problem. You definitely want the sensor after the supercharger for a proper reading.
Are you running any type of intercooler or aftercooler in the system? If so, you might want to see if you an incorporate and IAT and an IAT2 sensor into the system. Then you can see the cooling efficiency of the intercooler/aftercooler by monitoring the temps going into the supercharger and how much cooler they are entering the engine. I don't have any experience with running such a setup, but other people can maybe chime in. If you're not running any intercooler/aftercooler they may not be any real benefit to knowing the before and after temps.

Yeah, running an Intercooler (after charger before plenum/manifold). Will definitively be relocating the IAT to the pipe from the intercooler to the plenum/manifold (TTS set up).
I'll look into the IAT2 set up though, as you say, will be interesting to see how effective the FMIC is.
