My flashpro is empty.

Looks like the previous owner failed to unlock the device...

What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

This FlashPro is locked to a different ECU.

I suspected that and not exactly thrilled. I bought it off ebay "unlocked" and trying to get in contact with the seller for a refund. I bought a new one directly from HONDATA. With this level of service you deserver the couple extra bucks. It should be arriving later this week so looking forward to that.
