Yes, it is possible!
AFM for part throttle for smoother, more comfortable driving and using especially if the engine is naturally aspirated.
MAP for WOT for spontaneous, more sporty driving and using especially if the engine is boosted.
Especially for supercharged/turbocharged engines and with DBW, this is very good, to reduce jerky Throttle, etc.!
MAF is only present when no boost pressure is there, or if part throttle (depending on where the threshold is set!),
MAP is present when boost pressure is there, or if WOT (depending on where the threshold is set!),
For example, i have this exactly at my supercharged FN2, its a Hybrid Map.
To understand as an example on my Hybrid-Map (AFM-based with MAP-fueltables):
Fuel -> Fuel Table Type -> hook at "AFM enabled"
+ hook at "Use speed/densitiy (MAP) fuel tables"
+ Minimum pressure for speed/density 1,15 Bar:

Here is the help-guide:
https://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/f ... htsub=fuel
The lower VTEC-switch-point is on 3200 rpms.
The lowest point where the VTEC-window-pressure is, is set to 1,15 Bar @2000 rpms and 3000 rpms:

So i have fixed the switchover from MAF to MAP also @1,15 Bar.
If i run on part throttle and below 1,15 Bar, i run on MAF.
If i run on WOT below 1,15 Bar, i run on MAF.
If i run on WOT over 1,15 bar, i run on MAP (MAP is better for boosted engines and boost is present from 1,00 Bar manifold-air-pressure upward).
Is your car/engine also supercharged/turbocharged?
I think yes!
Note:
If you like this and also use this constellation, you must have to tune it all!
