It sounds like that is what you will need to do.

You really resolve all of this by using a base map from the actual K20z3 basemaps. No need to use the Asia Cali. The fg2 U.S. base maps. They have the 310 injectors already tuned. Because that’s what the k20z3 comes with factory. Don’t over complicate with all the other stuff. Just use the US base maps.
