2007 Civic Turbo Knock control 100%
2007 Civic Turbo Knock control 100%
I have a Boosted Civic R18 that has been dyno tuned and the AFR is spot on at 11.5 However i noticed in the flashpro data logs that as soon as i turn the engine on the knock control is at 100%. From what ive read online about how the knock system works on these cars is that at 0 % knock control the ecu would assume 95 octane and 100% would be 85. I only run 93 octane in the tank, so if i have 93 octane why is the ECU off the bat jumping to 100% knock control and what can i adjust to bring it down? I dont believe the engine is actually knocking as i have not heard any pining nor have i seen the k retard go past 0. The car pulls and drives fine and everything is in the green on flashpro except the knock control.

It is hard to speculate without looking at the calibration and Datalog. You can post them here.
