Failed to upload: Code 0x00 Step 10 Address 0x000000

Post by Ryyaaaannnn »

Hey guys,

I have a swapped car that when uploading I get this error..

Code 0x00 Step 10 Address 0x000000

Engine is running or wen cable is loose.

I checked my grounds for the harness and everything on the engine. I am unsure of the obd2 connector and what pin? I made sure all ecu pins and connectors or obd2 is correct and secure. The car runs fine and I tried to check harness if it was ruining the upload. Can someone help me? thank you.

Usually it is the WEN pin in the OBDII connector. Check the pins on both the vehicle side are inserted all the way in the connector and that the pins in the FlashPro cable are not bent. It if is a junk yard ECU, it could be the ECU.

You say this is in a swap - what vehicle, wiring & ECU?

Civic si ecu and wiring in a Honda CR-Z. I just send a support thing earlier today about it also. Pins for vehicle is good, that I check earlier today. But will check again and make sure it’s not bent.

Then I think you need to check the WEN circuit end to end.
