Reverting ECU back to standard

Post by honda-homie »

HI Guys I need your help! I am currently running my flash pro with the Hondata Group N ECU, if I unlock the flashpro from that ECU will it go back to the normal Group N ecu or will it be wasted??

Anyhelp would be great.

Thanks nuno, you mean it will go back to the original group n reflash? Because I'm using the hondata group n ecu at the moment not the oem ecu. Thanks in advance..don't really want to unlock the flashpro from the ecu and then brick my car!!!

It will go back to USDM Civic Si map as that ECU is an USDM Civic Si. Hondata Flashpro recognises the ECU based on its hardware ID and revert it to the state it was according to the hardware ID.
