We're looking at this. It is going to take more than 2 days, so be patient.

Does someone has a (short) datalog with stock fuel injectors at a steady speed where we know the fuel consumption?
eg at 90 kph there should be published figures for the FN2 (perhaps 7 l/100km at that speed?)

Unfortunately I can not provide a Datalog with this setup which you have requested. :-( Maybe you can compare it with the U.S. Civic SI car?

In advance thank you very much for your support and to find a solution.

Edit:
Please check the website here:

I hope you can use the attached datalog.

I think this will not help Hondata?!
Hondata need exactly one FN2 with stock 310cc injectors and the precisely calculated fuel consumption, as they have written!

Hmm Ok, so I can not provide the requested datalog. Hondata I hope it is possible for you to find the solution without the datalog from us.

I have put it into the Civinfo Forum:

I am waiting for help of them! ;)

Can someone test this change?

Download FlashProManager 2.2.1

Under Fuel -> Fuel Economy there is new setting for the injector size 'Injector Flow for Dash'.

There also are two extra datalogging sensors - fuel economy and fuel used. Both use the 'Injector flow for fuel economy calculation' setting, but should allow you to more quickly set the right size for correct fuel economy readings using the second 'Injector flow for dash' setting.

Thanks!

If i chance the value in my MAF-Cal, the value is accepted, if i change the value in my MAP-Cal, the value switch back to "0"!
Can you fix this bug?

To understand:

If i use 750cc with supercharger, than i must but in the value "750" in "Injector flow for dash"?
What value i must but in in "Injector flow for fuel economy calc", also "750"?

It is not supported in the race calibration. For the injector size, make a large change, and see if it has any effect. eg 800cc

Now i have test it and the results are this:

With 800cc Injector size as follows:

Results with 800cc Injector size:

and

With 1200cc Injector size as follows:
1200cc.jpg

Results with 1200cc Injector size:

DSC_0084.JPG (1.61 MiB) Viewed 7491 times
If i put in 750cc (my RC750cc) size, i think the values are correct.
I will test it again with a full tank fuel and 750cc values!

BTW:
In the Forum Overview under "European FN2 Civic Type R" its written -> "FlashPro questions & answers specific to the FN2 "Japanese" Civic Type R". Correctly it should written "FlashPro questions & answers specific to the FN2 "European " Civic Type R".
Please fix it! ;)

Looks fine!!!!!

Not available for race calibration :(

Thanks for the testing. Because of the way different injectors are rated (voltage, pressure) the correct number for RC750s is probably around 800-850cc.

BTW now there are injectors with better spray patterns than the RC550, RC650 & RC750 injectors. On my car fuel economy improved and and spark plug fouling disappeared when I switched from RC750 to DW800.
