Revlimiter // launch control for legal tests from police

Post by typer86 »

Hi hondata,

New issue come up on the RSP based calibration with the latest beta version.
In Europe the police do some random noise test on cars. In our car papers the noise level is tested to a specific Rev limit.

We need the condition - Rev limiter will be used/launch control enabled:
- handbreak is up
- no gear / gear is in neutral
- clutch is not pressed

Rev limiter will not be used launch control disabled:
- handbreak is not up
- no gear / gear is in neutral
This setup will be used for car shows and high noise level checks.
- clutch is not pressed

For racing: Rev limiter/launch control enabled
- handbreak is not up
- gear is set
- clutch is pressed

Thx,

The ECU does not have gear position nor handbrake position as inputs.
