Ok, I was glad to hear from my tuner that my flashpro unit is actually now working properly!!!

This is what they did to get the Flashpro running properly:
1. Load the map to Flashpro using an older version of the software (I don't think this is needed personally, not sure)
2. Unlock the Flashpro from the ECU so your ECU goes back to factory
3. Get the latest software (Flashpro manager v1.7.2)
4. Lock the Flashpro to the ECU again

From this point they started tuning with one of the new calibrations, not sure if uploading an existing calibration will work or not.
And after all that, they said its all working fine since.

I think the most important part is the unlock, lock and use v1.7.2 software.

They have also mentioned that they connected a voltage stabilizer on the car when they tune Euros (TSX), which they think potentially the bad earth could contribute to corrupted data upload.

Hope this helps someone or Hondata to diagnosis problems!

Please do not unlock and re-lock the FlashPro when updating the software. There is no need to do this.

I installed a 06 TSX cam and J35TB. Then I make a custom tune again to my Euro CL9. No problem with 1.7.2 version. Fuel adjustment are ok.
