Re: instant mpg
this functionality currently exists using only Hondata Mobile app via BT Flashpro
It has been requested many times to be added to FPmanager and it has not occurred yet.

Re: instant mpg
i know I personally have created topics about this (though now I seem unable to find them) and I have seen other users request this as well within this forum.
There has never been any response to these posts both here and in multiple other forums. (ie: 8thcivic)
While there is no expectation of Hondata to troll external forums looking for additional work, it would be nice to see it addressed here.

The only post I can find where Hondata replied was in 2011.

Though now that the price of OBDII modules have fallen considerable and the wide availablity of other mobile apps to perform the same task, I'm not sure its that big of a hot topic anymore.
Personally, I currently will datalog multi-hour trips while autotuning off and on and it would be nice to look back at those and see the effects, if any.

There's hundreds of automotive forums and I just don't have time to check them all. In any case, a request to Hondata should go to Hondata.
The last thread http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=13404 was a request for mpg. Normally I bookmark threads like those and review them, but I'll create a software request thread so that they are in one place.

mine either.golden13 wrote:Yeah, thanks! I've been wanting this and noticed it in the mobile app...but unfortunately my flashpro isn't Bluetooth enabled
So I went on Amazon and got this http://www.amazon.com/BAFX-Products-Blu ... B005NLQAHS and will use it with on of the variety of mobile apps that are available.
I saw Hondata mention in another thread about a soon-to-be-release process of swapping non-BT flashpros for BT versions.
If the Hondata option is financially reasonable and worth the hassle, I may swap mine out and put the BAFX dongle on my wife's car.
