S2000 won't start after reflash OR after returning to stock

I'm doing an eTune for a client with an S2000, and he is having an issue I've never heard of before. After uploading the very first calibration to the car, it never started again. The engine "cranks and fires", but it dies as soon as he takes his finger off the Start button. He tried several things, including resetting the ECU, and returning the ECU to stock, but it still does the same thing. He is also getting a P2185 code (ECT2 High Voltage).

Please see attached datalogs, and let me know what he can try next.

What version of software is the customer using? What version of the software are you using?

I'm using 2.3.5.0, but I'm not sure what he is using. I'll ask.

He is using 2.3.6. He is still unable to start the car, even after installing fresh spark plugs. Please let us know what he should try next.

If it would be better for him to communicate with your support group directly, for faster resolution, please advise.

I'm the end user. I have no idea what went wrong and currently trying to diagnose. All I did was pump a full tank of gas and then upload gernby's calibration and from there on never able to start it again. Car was running perfectly fine prior to pumping gas. I returned ECU to stock and still unable to start. All uploads were succeeded. As mentioned, I am getting CEL P2185. Checked all fuses and tried resetting ECU by pulling the fuse and still unable to start and constant CEL. I'm going to replace the ECT sensor to fix the CEL next week. I may have a bad ECU but I don't understand how it could happen. How could simply uploading a calibration cause a ECT to fail..? And can a bad ECT sensor cause a car to not start? So many unanswered questions...

Appreciate the help

Brian

Please use the 'Send Support Information to Hondata' from the help menu with the FlashPro plugged into the vehicle and the ignition on.

The log shows the ECU working normally, but does not show any return to stock uploads. Can you upload a return to stock calibration from the laptop (ie not using the FlashPro without the laptop)? Then send support information again. Thanks.

The FlashPro is faulty. We have contacted you with instructions.
BTW your battery voltage is very low during reflashing (10.4V). Reflash with a battery charged connected next time you reflash until the battery is back to normal voltage.
