What exactly does tplate % represent in datalogs?

So I'm playing with the throttle table a little and I'm curious exactly what tplate % means/represents in the datalogs. I get tpedal is just the throttle pedal's position. Is tplate % the actual throttle plate position, the TP position reported by the TB, the signal sent to the TB controller, or something else? If someone could clarify exactly what it is I'd appreciate it.
I noticed that a while ago gernby had an issue with the TPedal % and TPlate % being wildly off at times (he reported 50% and 88%), but in one datalog I did recently they look to match decently. Has the code changed in the last several years that would affect this? I appreciate any help!
To add, this is for an '06 s2000 USDM.

tplate = throttle plate position from the TPS(s).

Very interesting, so tplate% should be the actual TB/throttle plate opening amount then correct?
Is there any reason to explain why Gernby previously had the behavior with the tplate % being much higher than the tpedal %? Have new code changes in the last several yrs possibly affected this? Just trying to figure out exactly what's going on is all. I'll have to play with the settings and view datalogs to see if things change.
I am trying to enhance part throttle resolution for the track a little and scaled things down 75% in the throttle table and it acted surprisingly linear which is a good thing.

I'm not aware of any pedal to plate discrepancy for any of the FlashPro vehicles.

There is some sort of multiplier applied to the DBW mapping. If you have your target throttle plate map set 1:1, at around 70% TPedal the TPlate will be 100%.

I'm actually experiencing some strange behavior now from the throttle plate % after a previous flash that limited it to 75%. I've now modified the throttle tables to 90% and 100% in the top two columns but datalogging only shows a max tplate % of 76% still, after reflashing the car's computer twice. Is it possible it takes some time for the throttle controller to relearn something? Talk about strange behavior. Granted I haven't driven the car a whole lot (short drives to and from work), but I can't get the tplate % to hit 100%? See attached. TPedal at 40%, target TPlate is ~50%, TPlate sensor shows 70%.

I will datalog on the way home from work today and see if the TP % still is limited to 76% (even though the throttle map goes upto 100%). I figured I'd let it sit overnight and try it again today.

Yes, that is what I see as well. Once the pedal is over around 40% the ECU will open the plate further than the table.

Here is the datalog and calibration where I'm only seeing a tplate of 76% when I have the max set to 100%. If you could shed some light on it I'd appreciate it.

What are your modifications? What happens if you use the stock throttle mapping? Does it do this with a return to stock calibration?
