Looks ok from this end. Are you using a mobile device as a hot spot? Sometimes they cause problems.

Can you try again if possible? I need to capture the problem in the log files. Testing here works ok.

Hello,
I did a little "research" myself.
Here's some information for you so you can hopefully solve the problem your server's side...
I captured the error message returned via HTTP to the FlashPro Manager program.
There seems to be a problem executing an update on the "users" table in your database.
The error is as follows:
1265: Data truncated for column 'obdiivoltage' at row 4744 sql=UPDATE users SET ...
This is the value the "obdiivoltage" column is tried to be updated with:
... , obdiivoltage = '0,00', ...
Of course I did not post the complete SQL command here to not publicy expose my customer data.
I hope this helps you to fix the problem ASAP!
Thanks & Regards

Yes, that is what my logs shows. It does not like the euro decimal separator. Should be fixed now.

Hello,
thanks for your efforts, but it still does not work.
The error now returned from your web service is as follows:
1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax ...
This seems to be the problem now:
... obdiivoltage = ., ...
Can you please have another look at this?
Thanks & Regards

Now it works - thank you!
Is it possible to deactivate the immobilizer in the Flashpro Manager?
If no, can you put in this feature?
Thank you!

Glad it is working.
We do not want to allow the immobilizer to be disabled in the interests of preventing theft.
