Flashpro won't connect to PC

I've been using the flashpro and flashpro manager for a while now and this is the first time I've seen this issue. I had a PC crash and I needed to reinstall the flashpro manager software. Now that it's installed, I plugged in the flashpro and it just blinks green. The manager shows a green check next to driver in the bottom left, but shows a red X next to flashpro. I pulled up the device manager on the PC and there is a yellow "!" on hondata flashpro, and I get an error "This device can not start Code10". I've tried reinstalling the manager and the USB drivers twice and I still get the same error. Any ideas or am I screwed??

In brief: Open device manager, right click on the FlashPro, select update drivers, select manual install, select this directory C:\Program Files (x86)\FlashPro\Drivers

Thanks. I rebooted a few more times and finally got the pop up for the flashpro to update firmware. Once that updated it connected just fine, thank you!
