- FlashPro Manager version (not 'the latest'): V3.2.6.0

- What sort of vehicle you have: 2012 Honda CRZ

- A specific description of the problem: As the title says. I don't know exactly what caused this issue, but all my info is gone and there is random letters and symbols instead. Now, the password I know I used does not work, so I am not able to change it back. What can I do?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on send information to Hondata support. Include a detailed description of the problem.
