S/C boost control using the throttle?

For a supercharged car, can the FlashPro be programed to limit MAP using the electronic throttle body? If so, how?

Using the throttle to control boost does not work very well - you have to close the throttle almost completely to reduce power.
With superchargers people have had some success using the regular boost control output to control the bypass valve on the supercharger. Sorry, I have no links, but a search should help you.

On superchargers the boost pressure increases linearly with engine speed!

You can limit the maximum rpms (rev limiter) or the maximum throttle opening (throttle opening) to reduce the peak boost of the supercharger.
But this will not work as "boost by gear", but it is in every gear identical!

What supercharger do you have?

I have the new Kraftwerks supercharger kit with the 38-91 Rotrex compressor. This kit has the ability to produce about 15 PSI of boost. I will be tuning for 91 octane pump gas.

It seems to me that 15 PSI on a stock F22C engine is too much for 91 octane. I am trying to figure out ways to limit the to about 11-12 PSI.

I like the higher boost levels that this setup provides at mid RPM levels and therefore don't want to change the pulley to a larger one.

I have seen people use a restrictor plate in the inlet in front of the SC, a restrictor in front of the intake manifold and a waste gate in front of the intake manifold. I was hoping that the throttle plate of the DBW system could be used to limit boost by partially closing - just like backing off of the throttle a bit.
