I updated both the Manager and the flashpro today. When I connect the flashpro to the car the power, program and datalog lightS on the flashpro blink. This is top urgent as I am on a 2 day track day. Please reply to antony@kouvelas.net if needed.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Plug the FlashPro into the laptop first, then into the vehicle.

Unplug the FlashPro form the USB and the vehicle, close the FlashPro manager program, then reopen FlashPro manager. Now plug in just the USB. IT should update the firmware. Wait until this finishes, then plug it in to the vehicle and see if that works.

The firmware has been updated already. Have you checked the info I sent through the e-mail? Is there a newer version?

Sorry for the delay but the flashpro was in the car, being transported back home from Nurburgring. The serial is FP-S2K-INT-40205

The firmware does not appear to have been updated. With only the USB plugged in, open the Newest version of FlashPro manager from our website and it should update the firmware automatically. Do not have the FlashPro connected to the vehicle when doing this.
