Will it allow you to upload a calibration to the ECU now?

Sorry but no. The same issue exists. Cannot upload and the leds are blinking as per the video I have sent you.

We also tested with a diagnostic tool and that one connects as normal with the car.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

I have already done this and sent it to you, last week. Nothing has been altered since then.

I just received the Flashpro from you (rma 4565, no fault found). I now connected it to my laptop and I get the attached message.

I connect the Fpro to the car and the leds blink again (even without the laptop connected). Please note that I have a Plex tuning mSDM device also connected on the can bus. Could this be causing any issues?

The diagnostic bus in a vehicle can only ever have one device attached to it at a time.

If you attach both the FlashPro and something else to the DLC then this will corrupt the CAN data in the FlashPro.
