Support for 2013

Post by 08si »

Hello,

Do you intend offer FlashPro support for the 2013 Si? Will boost by gear be offered at some point for +12 Si's?

Also wondering if your traction control system and boost control solenoid will ever be able to work with 12/13 Si's or are they totally incompatible?

I am looking to Turbo and would like to use all your available systems as they are great...

Thanks

I am dying to know the answer to that question as well. I already lost money ordering a "2012+" flashpro. After ordering, I find out there isn't support for anything "plus", just the 2012 si only so i had to send it back. My question is if the changes to the new si are cosmetic, what's the deal? I mean the engine is the same, right?

We are currently working on the 2013. Traction control already works with the 2012 Civic SI. I do not know about boost control support at this time.

Do you guys have an estimater time of completion? I ordered parts for my car that are useless without a tune. Is the version you are working on going to be an update that can be done via internet or a whole new separate unit? Thanks.

Would you happen to know if it is going to be a simple update for the existing unit or a new piece of hardware altogether?

I only press this issue becsuse there are reputable vendors out there selling 2013 civic si owners flashpro units labeled 2012+ and they seem to have no idea that our ecu isn't supported yet. I am a member on the 9th gen forum and literally have dozens of people counting on me to give them some answers. If you could just tell me if the 2013 support will be a whole new flashpro unit or a new software update for existing 2012+ units, you would be very helpful to many 2013 si owners. We are anxiously awaiting your reply.

Thank you for the reply and the additional post information. Is boost by gear from within flash pro a possibility at some point? Or is it not compatible with the 9th gen civics?

Thanks

2012 and 2013 calibrations can be used interchangeably
