bad drivability below 2000rpm, bad idle

Post by Malkolm666 »

hi, cant get the car to idle correct.
Drives bad below 2000rpm, deacc & accelerate how it want to, seems like the thottlebody is fluctating ~4-7% alot. DBW is not stable at low rpms.

Usually throws P050A, Cold start idle air control system performance problem. (car had no issues before Hondata was installed, nothing else was changed).

Alot of this behavior in log at 5:30-6:45.

What mods do you have done to the car? The calibration is for the PRL intake, do you have that intake?

Who made the fueling changes in the tune?

Its a swapped car you can say. I just took whatever map I could find and tuned on a dyno with. Car is supercharged. If you had looked at the log you had seen that. More questions isnt helping me. What I want is answers on why the DBW behaves so por below 2000-2500rpms.

Thanks!

I did look at the datalog prior to asking questions slick, I was download number one trying to help you out. I asked you if you had the PRL intake right, and what your mods are correct? Who said I didn't notice it's boosted? Great attitude to have when someone is trying to help you. Good luck with it.

Im not the one with an attitude. Now you have written 2 replies in my thread and both are depreciatory.

Please be kind, helpful and humble instead if you choose to write in a forum like this.

I gladly appriceate any help with the problems in this car!
