rich condition from 2nd -3rd gear

it seems the only way around this is to intentionally bounce off of the REV limiter during the 2-3 shift i believe it is some form of transmission protection logic. but like every thing else it seems to take place in the ECU. ??? if you dont bounce it goes Very rich for 0.4-0.6 tenths of a second which is KILLING me at the track... i know i'm not the only one looking to go 12s this coming season.
