whats going on?

here whats happends every so often my engine light comes on. when the cel comes oni it boggs down and wants to slow down and stop but if i hit the gass a few time it will go off and the car take a few min and gos back to normal.
question is how i pull the cell after it has come on then went off to find out what is was???

sorry about that i was trying to pull the codes off of hondalogger instead of going throw the servace port.
