Long term effects of setting idle to 1100 rpm?

Would this have detrimental effects to anything but my fuel economy. In my mind the benefits should be there (more oil and coolant flow less low rpm buzzing when a/c kicks on and quicker warm up temps)

Is there a known threshold for oil filter bypass?

Can I get some input on weather this would damage the cat? how would this affect carbon buildup

any and all info is greatly appreciated on this
