ok, maybe i'll show the specifics of what i have set up my flash pro, you can see it from there where could be possible mistake is/ARE.
calibration section
close loop parameters i have UNCHECKED all of them except split injection enabled (there are 6 boxes there)
miscellaneous parameter
i have UNCHECKED AFM MAXIMUM VOLTAGE ENABLED. at one time, i added to unchecked P101 MASS VOL as well
mods section i have checked the ff:
BOOST (REMOVE FACTORY BOOST)
EXHAUST (DISABLE 2NDARY O2 SENSOR FOR DP)
INTAKE (MISHIMOTO)
FUEL (10% ETHANOL)
SENSOR (REMOVE P0101 & P0103 ERROR)
THROTTLE (IMPROVE RESPONSE)
TRACTION (TRACTION CONTROL AGGRESSIVE LAUNCH)
TURBO (INCREASED TURBO CHARGER BOOST LIMIT)
TURBO (INCREASED TURBO CHARGER PRESSURE RATIO)

hopefully this would help get it fixed. getting to be a little frustrating! thanks for the help !!!

This post is pointless without pulling the codes. You get the code is pretty simple to fix it after that point. Making random changes to hope it goes away is a waste of time.

With the software open and everything connected begin datalogging and look at the error codes and see what error code has been set.
ok, finally figure out how to datalog and code came out the ff:

P2565-TB charger bost control positoin sensor circuit high volt
P003A-TB charger wastegate control actuator position exceeded learning limit
P0420-catalys system efficiency below threshhold mark

You can disable the P0420 error in the closed loop section of the Calibration window.

Have you changed the turbo in your car?
The other errors cannot be removed by the software.
