Please let me know if i should stop driving it.

Not sure if i am doing harm to the car.

I have another car so i can wait until the fuel pump is fixed if that is the issue.

Fuel pressure is dropping over 5000 rpm in 1st and 2nd gears. I do not think this is the fuel pump but you probably need to use the reduced power 1st & 2nd calibrations. You could reduce the air charge but that would affect all gears whereas I think it is just the lower gears the demand too much fuel.

The traction control is retarding the ignition a lot in those lower gears, which is the cause of the misfire. So the solution is the same as above - reduce power in 1st & 2nd gears.

The calibration did not have traction control enabled but the datalog shows traction control operating, so they are not matched.

I’m having the the same problem I’ve been told to reduce torque in second gear. The vsa is kicking in retarding your ignition. I’m playing with the slip % on the traction control. I’ve moved it up to 6% seems to help but not a solution.
