What is your ECU part number?
From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

I need to know your serial number in order to match it with feedback that has been sent.

It's a new ECU binary that is not yet supported (5BF-E04).
Luckily the binary is very close to the E03 and will not take long to add support - 2 weeks I think.

it's because I'm going on the track with my car on the 24th and would have loved to use it
