95 Civic Fuel issues please help

I am working on a 95 Civic 1.5L The customer said it was running 1Mo ago. The problem is it has no power at the Fuel pump at all. The Main relay has been replaced and is clicking like it is supossed to. all fuses are good and thier is not a check engine lite on. Is this a simple fix I am over looking or does it have something to do with the ECM? It does have fire and all wires look good and all else seems to be working it just does not have juice at the fuel pump.

If there is no power at the fuel pump connector, then check for continuity from the main rely to the fuel pump. You may have a broken wire going from the main rely to the fuel pump connector. If it is getting power at the fuel pump connector, check the fuel pump itself. Have you tried a new fuel pump? Hope this helps.
