Lower and Upper Vtec Window

Hi im new at the forum and using hondata i have a coupe si 09 and i wanna know if there is any risk or problem setting the lower vtec window at the same rpm as the upper vtec window example

Lower 4500RPM
Upper 4500RPM

thx in advance for any advice

YEs you can do that, but you may not have a smooth VTEC transition at different RPM.

what do u mean with smooth? and i was thinking if the kick of the vtec will be any stronger with a setting like that?

A stronger kick is not a sign of good tuning. When properly tuned it should be very smooth transitioning form the low to the high cam. It will give the most power and best power delivery.
