05 Tsx flashpro issue

Post by Joetsx »

Hey all.

I have a 2005 Tsx with an 08 AT ecu swapped in. My local Hondata dealer installed the flashpro can adapter and my keys have been matched to the new ecu. The car drives without a tune and the ecu is the correct part number.

When my dealer tried to plug the flashpro into the can port the power light continuously blinks and the flashpro doesn't connect. My dealer checked all the wiring and connections and the can port gets power. They even plugged in a code reader and this worked just fine from the port. Has anyone else encountered this issue/has a solution?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Sorry for the delayed response. I needed to talk to my shop to confirm. They used the latest version of the software when they tried to pair it with my vehicle. Is there something else they can try?

Hey Skunkster, Mitch at RCTS in calgary sorted it out. The newest version of flashpro manager worked. Only issue we're bumping into now is the check engine light is still of for the AT ECU code. How do we clear/eliminate those? He wasn't able to find the setting.

Thanks again for your help

Did you upload a manual calibration?

Hi Spunkster. Thanks again for your help. The calibration on it right now is "TSX AT 2007-2008, 04-05 TSX basemap". Are you saying I should be using the "TSX MT 2007-2008, 04-05 TSX basemap" instead? Sorry for my confusion I'm new to this.

If you are using it on a MT then you must upload a MT calibration.
