So you have updated the software and firmware, but have not uploaded the calibration to the ECU since updating the software?

Incorrect. I updated the firmware and uploaded the calibration. That's when I start having all these issues

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

Also post your calibration as well as a datalog showing the issue here.

The feedback has been sent. Please let me know as soon as you have a fix for this. Something in the new software version mess up things

If you unplug the FlashPro from the vehicle does it still show errors on the dash?

I just wanted to let you know that the issue has been resolved and it did not have anything to do with the FlashPro. You were correct, the device was working properly.

The Bluetooth of my flash pro only works when is connected to a usb por but not when is plug to the obd2 port.
How can fix that?
