We're looking at this problem now to narrow down the conditions which would cause the ECU to reboot.

Thursday I installed 1.4.2 and since then I haven't had it happen again. I have drove about 300 miles. Well if there is anything I can help with let me know. Thanks!

In the beta I have fixed a problem which was resetting the ECU, which could be the same problem as described here. If people with this problem could test the beta version and give feedback I'd appreciate it.
See
SManager 1.4.6.0 beta for the changes and download link.

how do we test it? just install the new beta, and upload our existing calibration to the ecu trough the new beta version? or do we have to make a new calibration based on the new beta version?

Just upload your calibration using the new version, like you do with all new versions.

I have drove over 300 miles on 1.4.6 and no resets, so im going to give 1.4.7 a try. On a side note, I changed a few settings I turned vtec pressure switch off and also turned in the internal barometer on.
