Individual throttle body tuning?

Hi

Does anyone have good idea to tune S2K with individual throttle body by using FlashPro?

No matter with or without using stock throttle motor...

I was thinking about hooking throttle position voltage into MAP sensor though,
I still have no idea how I can do with throttle motor to work with ITB.

Any comment or suggestion is so appreciated.
