Bugs with Flashpro manager low cam fuel map

Post by wildabeast »

I have been doing datalogging for the past few days and updated to flashpro manager 1.3.3 recently as well.
Without changing anything, all of a sudden the #7 column on all my low cam fuel maps are reading too lean.

I have my lambda overlay setup like this:
14.7 below -4.3psi
13.1 between
11.9 above 2.6psi

my #7 column is -7.6psi and #8 column is -4.3psi

stock sensor for closed loop
corrected stock sensor for open loop

by doing some quick calculations, it seems the #7 column is actually calculating for the 13.1 AFR instead of 14.7.
If calculating those columns for 14.7AFR, the calibration is just about spot on.
If calculating those columns for 13.1AFR, the lambda bug is spot on.

I can only confirm 0,15 and 30 degree cam angle fuel tables. I don't use 40 and 50 (even though they are roughly tuned for it)

I have a built k20z3 long block with more mods than I can count running on 20lbs of boost on the SRT kit on a CEA 6262SP, 10:1 compression, kelford stage1 turbo cams..

I've tested this here and everything looks ok.

I suggest you make the lambda overlay divisions fall between the load columns. eg make the lambda overlay lower value -4.4psi

here are some screenshots now that I am home, and I uploaded my calibration as well as 1 of the datalogs. I'll show more screenshots to show how the column is changing. It doesnt make sense.

notice when i change the low load from -4 to -3.9psi, it's all of a sudden ok.....
but going from -4 to -4.4 doesnt make as big of a difference, and yet my AFR's are right where they're suppose to be.

between image 2 and image 1, i change just the middle afr difference, and it changes the values OUTSIDE of that range.... does that make any sense??

where do you want me to send them to? I attached my FP settings, 1 of my datalogs and my calibration file in the 2nd post of this thread (check after the 2nd picture)

I can email/send where ever you'd like though.
