'07 Civic Si, ran a MAF-based tune for a little under a year. Under the 'throttle' menu in calibration there was a check box for overrun throttle opening. I ran with this box unchecked and found it eliminated my rev hang when shifting.
Recently installed a race header and switched to a MAP-based tune. The throttle menu in the race tune does not have this check box. I am having issues with rev hang again. Not sure what to do. Please advise.
Race map, no check box for throttle overrun
Re: Race map, no check box for throttle overrun
Make changes to the overrun fuel cut delay in the fuel section. Decreasing the time should help.
Re: Race map, no check box for throttle overrun
Or, reduce the values in the 'ignition timing advance when throttle angle is zero' map...
