07-08 TSX Boost Control Solenoid Pinout

Post by Raymond Vermeulen »

Hi there
I have a 2007 Turbo Charged CL9 K24A3 Accord with 37820-RBB-A21 ECU for MT and Flashpro.
On the Hondata site it shows that i need to use the B16 Boost Control Output EGR, Normally unused.
Pin B16 in my vehicle is not unused, it has a Red/White wire, anybody that knows what it is for, can it be moved elsewhere?
Should i tie into it? or should i cut it and pin in the Boost control solenoid?
Any help will be appreciated.

Regards
Raymond

What market is your vehicle? Does it have EGR?

Thanks for the response, its South Africa CL9 and it doesn't have EGR. I think i might have solved it.
On my Connector B looking from the rear / wire side of the plug, number 1 is marked at the upper right hand corner and 7 on the upper left hand corner.
However on the net i saw a picture of the same plug, but it is marked from right to left, weird but true.
If however, i compare the wire colors of the plug on the net to that of mine as if that picture were incorrectly marked or my plug for that matter it corresponds.
That then leaves pin B16 open, although it is marked as Pin B8 on that of mine.
Perhaps my plug was marked wrong from the factory.

Do not use the numbers on the plug itself.
