Jerky part throttle after revhang delete

Post by iselfdevi »

Hi.
I updated my flashpro manager (last week) to the latest version for my 2012 tsx mt and now my rev hang is gone which is awesome, thank you.
Since I have gotten rid of rev hang, my tsx has been very jerky when I'm in stop/traffic. It's more noticeable in 1st and 2nd gear. How can I get rid of this?

You can increase the overrun fuel cut delay and see if that helps, but by asking the ECU to close the throttle rapidly in order to eliminate any rev hang you are going to see a more responsive throttle.

Thank you for the response.

I will try that, but increasing the overrun fuel cut delay, wont that just delay the "jerkiness" after the throttle has been closed? Isnt there some throttle plate damper option for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear that we can have to soften it a bit? It can be violent at times when in traffic.

Then you'll get rev hang. Honda did it that way to make driving smoother.

Overrun fuel cut delay isn't a good option to make the throttle smoother.

Please post your Calibration, to make a look on it!
