1. Adjustable launch control
The launch rpm can be adjusted with the cruise control buttons. The conditions for this is cruise control main switch off, vehicle stopped, clutch depressed. The 'Resume' button increases the launch rpm by 100 rpm per press, and the 'Set' button decreases the launch rpm by 100 rpm per press. The 'Cancel' button will show you the current launch rpm (on the tachometer). In the calibration, the 'Launch rpm (adjustable)' rpm value sets the initial launch rpm. If you change the launch rpm using the cruise control buttons, this value is remembered until you reflash the ECU or disconnect the battery.
2. Full throttle shift
Full throttle shift activates at high rpm when the throttle is wide open or almost wide open, and the clutch is depressed. This is designed for use with a shift point of 7000 rpm or more and full throttle.
3. Reflash tachometer progress indicator
When reflashing the tachometer will move from 0 - 8000 rpm to show the reflash progress.
4. Cruise control lambda display.
The tachometer can display the current lambda. The conditions for this is cruise control main switch off, clutch not depressed, 'Set' button. The rev counter needle will show air fuel ratio x 1000 - 10000. eg 14.7:1 = 4700 rpm, 13.2:1 = 3200 rpm
This is useful to get an instant reading of the air fuel ratio if you do not have a lambda display or a laptop connected and datalogging.
