B20v with gsr head NEED calibration

Hi I have a B20v with a gsr head and gsr tranny Edelbrock intake manni 310rc injectors 255 Walbro fuel pump b&m adjustable fuel pressure regulator aem fuel rail itr headers an 2.5 exhaust please help
