Pls. Clean my bogged @ 4,300 rpm

Post by NuclearAtom »

My calibration looks good and stayed between 11 to 11.8 AFR.
However, I can't figure why it bogged down at around 4,300 rpm.
WE tried everything but always bog at the same area.
Can someone tell me what's happening and clean my calibration?

Oh...it's Honda k2oz3 engine

Thank you

It may not be tuning - 4500 rpm is very typical for intake system resonance, which usually produces a dip and then peak around that rpm.
Having said that, it is right at VTEC when the cam is rolling forward. Also there is a large jump in ignition from low to high cam.
Did you try VTEC higher and then then lower to see what the best torque curves for each cam were?
