Apple CarPlay

Post by VT-Doo »

Hi,

Is it possible to make the App compatible with Apple's Carplay?

It would make life so much easier to monitor what the car is doing.

Cheers,
Ian

Unfortunately it is up to Apple to determine what applications to offer with the CarPlay interface.

So they ask you?
Couldn't you put your case across?

Their criteria is that the app needs to be primarily audio or messaging, or from the vehicle manufacturer. But yes, there is no harm trying so we have applied for CarPlay status.

That's brilliant, hopefully it goes through.
