Traction control

I'm having trouble you have to register traction control with hondata but it will not let me for some reason I will get a screen that pops up to put a password in for my flash Pro I have no idea what the password is how do I go about getting it

What software are you using, and what version of the software is it? Do you have the FlashPro plugged in at the same time? Can you give a screen shot of the error message?

Also what is the serial number on the Traction control unit?

Yes I have the flash Pro plugged into the laptop when I do it but I have not tried it with the flash Pro plugged into the car and the laptop at the same time

Unplug everything from the laptop, and unplug the harness from the traction control box, then plug in just the USB cable to the Traction control box and it should allow you to register.
