Acuity Intake For 2014 Civic SI

Post by petersolis »

Hello everyone currently I am having issues with tuning my base map with just recently installed Acuity Intake, only mods are the intake and Magna Flow Catback. The base map that I currently use is the Hondata Reflash due to having the least amount of knocks. But Currently I have done a few data logs and im always running lean and I've constantly added fuel to the maps but nothing much changes hopefully someone can shed some light on my adjustments.

Does this intake have a different diameter housing for the air flow meter?

The filter is a 6 inch then it reduces to a complete 3.5 inch system.

Is this a larger size than the factory AFM housing?

You will have to get this properly tuned as the AFM will need to be properly calibrated.

Thank you so much for the reply is there anything I can do on my end? Since I am waiting to change out my downpipe and then get the tune all done at one time. Did you get to see the data log is the vehicle somewhat safe to drive daily?

I would recommend that you put the stock intake back on and do everything at once and then get it properly tuned.
