I have a PRL CAI, and my car is coding badly... what map should I use to let the engine know it’s sucking in more air ?janemar wrote: ↑Wed Dec 13, 2017 10:21 am My AFM housing and all is aligned.
I think I posted it here somewhere already, basically -10 ave. STFT off.
+6psi fuelling is too rich(9ish) and timing is too retarded(-10 @ WOT) pre custom tune, atleast in my case. Thankfully, I can do my own tune and clean up things a bit.
I think, as bare minimum, local sellers should ask datalogs from clients just to check and see how their car is behaving after a basemap tune. Maybe, at the very least, AFM logs/cals. A quick email exchanges, datalog reading and reporting, $700 well spent.

What does 'coding badly' mean?
The nature of the AFM means that if there is any more airflow from an intake, then the ECU adjustments automatically.

If I have the 2019 si. Will any of the base maps on flash pro manager for the 2017 work? Because there are no maps for the 2019 si. Just a completely stock one
Re: Pre-Loaded calibrations
Ass long as you have the correct vehicle selected, then any of the calibrations listed under it will work.
